Delivery & Returns

Thank you for being here to support a conscious and mindful way of production.
Our pieces are predominantly made to order, with limited numbers being ready to ship.

Made to order
When you purchase a garment from us that is not ready to ship, it is cut and crafted to your order. Our current lead time is 10-14 business days.

If your order has been uniquely customised or purchased via promotion, please an additional 5 business days for the delivery of your order.

If you require a piece urgently, please e-mail us us at info@ellislabel.com prior your order. 

Ready to ship
Some sizes in certain styles
 are in-stock and ready to ship. You can view our current ready to ship items here.

Samples & archive sale
All purchases from our sale are final. If you recently purchased a made to order item from our sale, please note, that deliveries are underway and should arrive with you shortly.

New Zealand
$6NZ tracked with NZ post. Please allow 1-2 business days for delivery once your garment is complete. Details of your shipment are e-mailed to you once your parcel is on the way.

Australia
$25NZ international post with DHL Express. Please allow 3-4 business days for delivery once your garment is complete.

International
$35NZ international post with DHL Express. Please allow 4-7 business days for delivery once your garment is complete. 

Returns
With most our items being made to order, we ask that you please select your items carefully. We want to ensure that you are happy with your selections and provide a 7 day returns policy from the arrival of your new piece.

All garments excluding customised pieces can be returned for an exchange in style, size or credit note only. We are unable to cover additional costs for shipping.

Items must be in their original condition with tags and we reserve the right to refuse returns if signs of wear are visible or are outside of the specified date.

Please return your order using a traceable method as we are not responsible for any lost packages.

Damages
If your item arrives and appears to be damaged upon delivery, you must let us know immediately. Any damaged items past 7 days will not be accepted.
