Our garments are predominantly made to order and complemented by a small ready to ship selection. As we approach Christmas and the holiday season, please take note of our recommended order dates to ensure pre-Christmas delivery.
Christmas delivery dates
New Zealand: Made to order: 10 Dec | Ready to ship: 21 Dec
Australia: Made to order: 10 Dec | Ready to ship: 18 Dec
International: Made to order: 7 Dec | Ready to ship: 16 Dec
Deliveries will continue on business days from 22–30 December, and resume again from 5 January.

Duties & taxes
International orders may incur customs duties or taxes upon arrival. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly.
Returns
As most of our pieces are made to order, we kindly ask that you choose carefully. We want you to love your selections, and offer a 10-day return period from the date your piece arrives.
All garments (excluding customised pieces) can be returned for an exchange, alternative size, or credit note. We’re unable to cover additional shipping costs for exchanges.
Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. We reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of wear or fall outside the specified timeframe.
Please ensure your return is sent using a tracked method, as we cannot be responsible for any lost packages.
Lost packages
Once your order has been handed to the courier, we are not liable for any delays, loss, or issues that occur in transit. We’ll work closely with the courier to investigate and support you through the claims process.
Damages
If your item arrives and appears to be damaged upon delivery, you must let us know immediately. Any damaged items past 7 days will not be accepted.
