All orders placed within the Alert 4 lockdown period will be crafted and delivered as soon as our production team is able to return back into our workroom.
This just means instead of our usual 2 week lead time, it has now increased to 5-6 weeks. Orders will be made in priority of when they were placed.

All of our clothing is handmade to order to support slower ways of consumption. Your order is estimated to be delivered to you within 2 weeks of your purchase date.
Complimentary overnight tracked delivery once your garment is complete.
Tracking details are e-mailed to you once your parcel is on the way.
$20NZ international post. 3-5 working days for delivery once your garment is complete.

$30NZ international post. Up to 10 working days for delivery once your garment is complete.
We make it a priority that you are happy with your purchase and provide a 7 day returns policy from the arrival of your new piece.
All items excluding items purchased on sale or promotion can be returned for an exchange or 6-month credit note.
Items must be in their original condition with tags and we reserve the right to refuse returns if signs of wear are visible.
Please return your order using a traceable method as we are not responsible for any lost packages.
As all of our items are custom, please note we are only able to provide one return per order.
If your item arrives and appears to be damaged upon delivery, you must let us know immediately. Any damaged items past 14 days will not be accepted.
