Samples & Archive Sale
Please allow an additional 5-7 working days for the arrival of your order. Please note, if a made to order and ready to ship items have been purchased in a single order, they will ship together in 1 parcel.
New Zealand

Complimentary shipping on orders over $400 within New Zealand and Australia
International (USA, UK, Canada, Europe, Asia)
- $55 NZD Flat rate (DHL Express Tracked)

Complimentary shipping on orders over $600 NZD internationally
Duties & taxes
International orders may incur customs duties or taxes upon arrival. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
As most pieces are made to order, we encourage thoughtful purchasing. We offer a 10-day return window from the date your order arrives.
All garments (excluding customised pieces) may be returned for an exchange, alternative size, or credit note.
- Returns must be unworn, in original condition with tags attached
- Additional shipping costs for exchanges are not covered
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns
Lost packages
Once your order has been handed to the courier, we are not liable for delays or loss in transit. We will assist in resolving any issues where possible.
Damages
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
