Lost or missing packages
Once your order has been dispatched, it’s in the care of our courier partners. While we’re not responsible for parcels lost or delayed in transit, we’ll always do our best to help locate your order if something goes missing. All parcels are sent with tracking, and we encourage you to get in touch with the courier directly for the most up-to-date information.
